By downloading or using Step on the Farm ("the app"), made by Kopp Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store usage rules.

How the game works

Steps are read from Apple Health and converted into in-game currency. This currency has no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and exists only inside the game. Step totals depend on data supplied by your device and Apple Health, and we do not guarantee their accuracy.

Health disclaimer

The app is a game and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice. Exercise safely, and consult a doctor before beginning any exercise program. Do not use the app while doing anything that requires your attention, such as crossing a road.

Your progress

Game progress is saved on your device and backed up to your iCloud. We cannot guarantee that progress will never be lost, for example due to device failure, iCloud problems or deleting the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify or redistribute the app, or use it in any unlawful way. Manually entered or fabricated step data is not counted by the app.

Ownership

The app and its content belong to Kopp Studio and its licensors. Third-party assets are credited on the Credits page and remain under their own licenses.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kopp Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
